Useful information about prices
Some important information to make your holiday as carefree as possible
- If you have to cancel your reservation, there are valid the following conditions: Until 1 month before arrival: 30%, from 1 month before arrival or precocious departure: the whole amount.
- prices are intended per week and appartment and include the tourist tax and the expences for energy consumption
- daily cleaning, except on sundays and public holidays, it includes the bathroom, bed and floor coverings
- bed linen is changed once a week and on request
- the flat is ready at arrival after 16:00 at arrival day and has to be vacated at 09:00 at departure day
- check ins have to be made whithin 18:00, in case of later arrival please make sure to advice us well in advance via telephone
- we ask our guests to confirm us well in advance if the number of guests of the reservation corresponds to the effective number of guests
- for later arrivals and early departures or unused beds, we reserve us the right to charge the full amount
- reservations are obligatory after the date of the deposit
- we accept credit cards an EC
- additional beds are charged with 35,00 to 45,00 Euro
- for the final cleaning we charge 70,00 /80,00Euro
- we kindly ask our guests to respect the non smoking regulation and hope for your understanding
- Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax of 3,00 € will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
