Prices are valid per apartemt for a week and include Taxes, electricity and final cleaning.

Conditions:
- a daily cleaning service for bathroom, bed and floor, apart from Sunday and holydays
- the endcleaning is in the price included
- the sheets will be changed on requirement
- you can move in the apartement at 4 p.m. and you have to leave it until 9 a.m. on your departure
- check in until 7 p.m.; if you are late please to advise us
- confirm your reservation with the number of persons who arrive, as soon as possible
- we will request the agreed price also if your coming is late or your departure is earlier
- the reservation is binding from the time of deposit on
- credit cards are not accepted
- additional beds cost from 16,00 to 30,00 Euro
- it's not allowed to smoke in our apartments, we hope of your comprehension

- a room for the ski with ski boots - dryer
- a room for the bikes
- parking place
- garage (on reservation for a charge)
- garden with deck-chairs, tabels and the possibility to make a barbecue
- sauna and steam bath (saturday and sunday closed)

- a hairdresser in the house
- on demand fresh bread every day
